How to Book
- Step 1: Check availability on the calendar
- Step 2: Fill in the form and send us your request for availability
- Step 3: You will receive an e-mail with a booking contract, a quote for rates and payment information
- Step 4: Send the booking contract and deposit back signed to us
- Step 5: The balance will be due 2 months prior arrival. At this time please send any additional requests (i.e., cooking services, excursions, etc.)
All rentals start on Saturday to the following Saturday. Check in is between 4-7PM and check out the following Saturday before 10AM. It will be possible to rent both buildings (Villa and Limonaia) to a single group of family and friends. Please enquire for rates by sending an e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Villa e Limonaia
|Low Season||April 04 – May 29, 2015 August 29 – October 31, 2015|
|Mid Season||May 30 – June 26, 2015|
|High Season||June 27 – August 28, 2015 December 19, 2015 – January 6, 2016|
Included in the rate for weekly rentals:
- Gas, electricity, water, heating and cooling system.
- 2hrs daily on Tuesdays and Thursdays; mid week change of bathroom towels and final cleaning.
- Pool towels changed once per week.
- Welcome dinner with typical Tuscan dishes.
- Satellite TV, DVD player and wireless Internet Access.
- Pool and garden maintenance.
- Mountain bikes.
- Baby cot (including linens) and high chair.
- The private use of the entire Villa, garden, pool, gazebo and Limonaia apartment.

* Pets are not allowed
Additional services on request and payable locally:
- Daily cleaning, laundry service;
- Additional linen & towel change;
- Cook/Catering service;
- Wine tasting;
- Pizza night;
- Baby-sitting service;
- Initial grocery supplies;
- Cell phones.
Once availability has been confirmed, we will send you our booking form and we ask you to complete it in full and return it to us with a deposit of 30% of the total holiday cost. No reservation will be confirmed unless is it accompanied by a deposit.
On receipt of the deposit and form we will send you a confirmation invoice. Please double check the details carefully and let us know of any discrepancies.
Balance must be sent 90 days prior your arrival date, at that time we will be glad to finalize any specific requests you may have.
You will receive your final documentation including a Welcome Booklet, driving directions and emergency contact details approximately one month prior your arrival.
